Questions about products and prices


Are prices per piece or per carton?


All prices follow the packaging shown directly under the product image on the main pages of the online store. You can also check the Special Offers section on the home page for better prices on commercial quantities.


What makes CDC products different?


CDC products are imported and produced by leading global suppliers of confectionery and bakery supplies. They are high quality, meet approved specifications, and are suitable for contact with food. All products have health and quality certificates and have been cleared through the official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All products are intended for professional / industrial use.


The product is out of stock. When will it be available?


Availability depends on our main warehouses. Items are repacked continuously as soon as stock arrives after import from the country of origin. You can use “Notify me when available” and you will receive a text message as soon as the product is back in stock.


What is the product shelf life?


Shelf life varies by item. Full details from production to expiry are shown under the product description.


We ship all products with at least 50% of the total shelf life remaining.


Are the same products available in all your branches?


Please contact the branch directly to confirm availability.




Questions about purchasing and service


Do you have a discount code?


We do not use discount codes. If we run a marketing campaign, we announce it through our social media accounts.


What payment methods do you accept?


We use secure payment channels. We accept: Mada, Mastercard/Visa, and Apple Pay only.


Money was taken from my card but I do not see my order. What should I do?


Please contact customer service directly; we will help you as soon as possible.


Can I return or cancel an order?


Please read our return and cancellation policy for the full terms and conditions.


There is a problem with the order I received. What should I do?


If there is any issue with your delivered order, contact customer service. We will correct the mistake directly at no extra cost to you.


Can I buy through WhatsApp or social media?


We cannot take orders via WhatsApp or social media. All purchases must be made through the online store or directly at one of our branches.


I have a business and want better offers.

Questions about shipping


Which countries and cities do you ship to?


We ship to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. We will announce if we open shipping to other countries.


Which shipping companies do you use and how long does delivery take?


We ship with SMSA (non-refrigerated). Delivery is usually within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed and moved to “In progress.” We do not offer refrigerated shipping. Please see the shipping policy for more detail.


How do I track and receive my order?


Contact SMSA directly (unified number 920009999) or the website www.smsaexpress.com. Track your shipment using the tracking number sent to you by SMS, and coordinate delivery time and place with them according to the address on your order only. If you did not receive a tracking number, contact customer service.
