Introduction to the Terms of Use

CDC To Go (cdctogo.com) makes the content and services on this store available according to the terms and conditions that govern your use of the store and all legal consequences that result from your use of the store’s services over the internet through this platform. Anyone who uses the store—whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise—is deemed to have agreed to and accepted these terms, with full legal capacity under applicable law, to all provisions of this agreement and to comply with its rules and what is stated in it. This agreement applies to all dealings between the user and the store, except for personal-status matters and transactions related to issuing title deeds for real estate transactions. This agreement is effective and binding as soon as you agree to it and begin registering on the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

The user agrees that if they breach this article, they bear the consequences of that breach toward others.

The store’s obligation toward consumers or users is to provide the service or product.

The store may provide other services such as after-sales service or other related services, depending on the nature and type of service or product requested by the user.

Article Four: Rules for using the store

The user must use the store’s electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

When you apply to join the store as a user, you must provide certain information and choose a username and confidential password to access the store’s services. By doing so, you agree that:

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential, and you agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your confidential information.

The store shall not under any circumstances be liable for any loss, direct or indirect, moral or material, resulting from disclosure of your username or password.

You will use your account or membership yourself; you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this is treated as evidence that you authorized them to use the store in your name and for your account.

You will provide true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration, and you will update your data when it changes or when needed.

The store will treat your personal information and contact details in strict confidence.

If the store finds that you provided false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information, or information that breaches these Terms of Use, the store may suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account, without prejudice to its other rights and lawful means to recover its rights and protect other users.

If you fail to comply with any of the above, the store management may stop or cancel your store, membership, or block your access to the store’s services again.

Article Six: Electronic communications and official contact methods

The parties agree that communication may take place via email or the mobile number registered with the store.

The user agrees that agreements, notices, statements, and other communications provided electronically have the same effect as written documents and are valid for regulatory and legal needs.

Article Seven: Changes to the Terms of Use and fees

The store may notify you of any change to this agreement through the official contact methods under this agreement; your obligations may increase or your rights may decrease according to any changes made.

If you object to any change to the Terms of Use, the store asks you to stop using its services; merely logging into your account or using the store constitutes your acceptance of the changes and full, informed consent. The store welcomes discussion of any suggestion regarding these provisions.

All fees are stated in Saudi Riyals. The user must pay all fees due to the store plus any other charges the store adds, using the approved payment methods specified and available through the store.

The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or charges under the provisions of these Terms of Use, for any user, whatever the reason for their registration.
