Sales and purchases on this site, and your use of the products offered here, are governed by the terms of use and service.
The store may accept, change, or cancel your order in several cases, including: if the product is out of stock; if a product was priced incorrectly; if the order appears fraudulent; or if the customer does not respond to customer service within one week of placing the order. If the entire order is cancelled, the store will refund any difference or the full amount as applicable.
Return and cancellation policy
After payment, the order cannot be changed. Please check items, quantities, and prices before you pay.
You may cancel the order only before its status changes to “In progress,” by contacting customer service.
Return location and return details must be agreed with customer service.
Food items (raw materials and chocolate) may only be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order, at the nearest branch to you.
Other products may be returned within 3 days of receiving the order at the nearest branch to you. You may contact customer service for other return options if available.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive the returned items in acceptable condition.
All products must be in original condition: unopened, unused, and stored correctly.
The original invoice must be attached; returns are not accepted without the original invoice.
The refund is made to the same payment method used for the invoice, within 7–24 business days.
Warranty for electrical appliances is handled directly by the authorized agent; the store is not involved.
All food products will have valid shelf life, with at least 6 months remaining before expiry.
If you exchange or return all or part of an order paid with Tamara, Tamara’s rules apply and you should contact them directly.
