Step 1
After your order is placed and its status changes from “Pending review” to “In progress,” we will start preparing it. If we need anything, our team will contact you on the mobile number on the order.
Please enter all details correctly. The shipping city must match the delivery city (not just the nearest city). Wrong city information can cause the shipment to be sent to the wrong place, the order to be cancelled, and the shipping fee to be charged or withheld.
We recommend adding a backup phone number in case we cannot reach the main one, and writing the full address in detail so delivery is easier.
If we cannot reach you for one week from the order date, we are not responsible for delays or issues with that order.
Step 2
We ship with SMSA (non‑refrigerated). When your order is ready, we send an SMS to the number on the order with the tracking number so you can track the shipment and coordinate delivery with SMSA to your registered address.
If you do not receive the shipment, SMSA may hold it at the nearest branch in your delivery area. You must collect it from that branch within 3 days of arrival in your city. If it is not collected, the parcel may be returned and a return fee equal to the original shipping charge may be deducted.
If the shipment is over 30 kg or more than one box, we will contact you about a suitable, lower‑cost shipping option.
You are responsible for tracking and receiving the shipment directly with the shipping company.
SMSA and similar courier services are not refrigerated. Chocolate may melt in transit. We are not responsible for melted chocolate caused by shipping.

Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran — delivery about 2–5 business days from order confirmation — 25 (before VAT)
Other cities in Saudi Arabia (only cities available at checkout) — about 3–5 business days from order confirmation — 30 (before VAT)
During sales and busy seasons, delivery may take longer.
